Hours Of Operation:

Monday - Sunday , 7AM - 12AM

(if you require an earlier or later time on certain bookings please contact us via email or text)

• Payment is due at the end of each booking. 
• We accept payments via bank transfer. 
• late payment fee of £15 if not paid within 2 days from the day the booking ends. 
• Non Payments after 1 week from when the booking ends may result in dismissal. 

• Free cancellation 48+ hours before booking. 
• 50% charge for cancellations within 48-24 hours. 
• 100% charge for cancellation less than 24 hours before booking.

Positive Guidance Approach: 

• We encourage kindness, sharing, spreading love and problem solving. 
• We use redirection, positive reinforcemnet, and time - outs if needed. 
• No physical punishment, yelling or harsh discipline.

Behaviour Concerns:

• Parents will be informed of repeated behaviour challenegs. 

• We will send you regular updates throughout the duration of your booking to give you peace of mind that your little one is in safe hands. 
• Parents are encouraged to communicate concerns or schedule meetings. 
• Updates Via our instagram, website, email and text.
